Hi,
If you have the tax due that shows on your return – read on:
- The IRS requires either a withholding adjustment or timely quarterly tax payments for anyone who owed last year and expects to owe again this year
- Q1 (April 15) has already passed – however, if we correct any underpayment now, any further penalty will stop accruing and prior penalties will be minimized
- Q2 is due June 15 – that gives us a short window to get your payments on track before another deadline passes
If you are unsure how much to pay, how to submit it, or whether you need to adjust your withholdings instead, just hit reply and we will take care of it.
To ensure we have enough time to run your calculations before the deadline, please reply by this Friday if you need help with:
- Q2 estimated tax payment calculation
- Catching up on any missed Q1 payments
- Withholding adjustments to minimize penalties
- Tax reduction planning for the rest of 2026
Looking forward to your response!
Sincerely,
—
