- Your final 2025 pay stubs from any employer, if you have not yet received your T4
- Final 2025 brokerage statements from any investment accounts, if you have not yet received your T5s
- If you had any business, freelance, or rental activity, please provide your 2025 P&L – estimate is fine for now (if you are not sure what that this, please ask & I can provide a template)
- A quick description of any and all other sources of income
- Any list of any other major changes or considerations that we must keep in mind or differences from last year
