Taxation services related to real estate

We complete forms 1120, 1120-H, and other related forms for HOAs and buildings. For hedge funds and PE funds that own real estate, we are happy to assist with 1065 partnership returns, issuing K-1, allocating partner share, etc.  

For individual clients: Many of our clients own a portfolio of rental properties and we are happy to assist with multi-member and single member real estate LLCs, individual rental properties on schedule E, and any other rental property related tax work.
